Do the following push ups for 30 seconds and write how many you can complete. If you are unsure of how to do that style of push up, click the text.

  1. Normal Push up
  2. Wide Push ups. 
  3. Military style Push ups
  4. Dive Bomber Push ups
  5. Side to side Push ups

    23 Regular Push Ups
    21 Wide Push Ups
    17 Military Push Ups
    10 dive bomber push ups
    13 side to side push ups
