Here are the instructions for your video analysis purchase.

Find the game you want me to analyze
Send me 15 minutes of footage from the game. This can be 15 minutes from one game or highlights.
Upload the video to your youtube account. ( Youtube allows 15 minutes of footage to be uploaded )
Once uploaded, e-mail me the link – Leon@GoalkeeperHQ.com
Fill out the PDF form ( included as a download below ) on how you feel you did.
